Okra!

If you haven’t tried okra already, I highly recommend you get out and try some. Not only is okra super low in calories, it is wonderful for digestion. Okra is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and fiber. (If you’re having trouble finding it, Whole Foods has bags of frozen, already chopped okra)

What to Eat:

Spicy foods! They’ve been said to help speed up your metabolism, much like whole grains and lemons.

Cuties! If you don’t know what cuties are, they’re little easy to peel clementines. They make a great light snack you can take on the go and can boost your vitamin C!

Guys, I’m obsessed with fish tacos. Seriously, grilled fish + 6 inch whole wheat tortillas + tomato + fat free sour cream = protein-filled, low-calorie, amazingness.

Tip of the Day:

Make sure you’re getting all of your nutritional needs, otherwise your body will crave food. Try taking a daily vitamin if you’re worried you’re missing out on a few things.
