What to Eat:
Okra!

If you haven’t tried okra already, I highly recommend you get out and try some. Not only is okra super low in calories, it is wonderful for digestion. Okra is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and fiber. (If you’re having trouble finding it, Whole Foods has bags of frozen, already chopped okra)

The only thing that stays permanent is the discipline of eating right & exercising.
